Who We Are

We are a leading provider of AI-Facilitated immersive virtual reality (VR) simulation solutions designed to revolutionize healthcare education and training. By combining cutting-edge technology with proven educational methodologies, we empower higher education institutions and healthcare systems to improve learner outcomes and enhance patient care.

The Opportunity

Are you excited by the prospect of joining a rapidly growing company where your contributions directly impact healthcare and education?

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team and help introduce institutions to our VR & PC simulation platform. In this role, you will focus on identifying and engaging potential customers, building relationships with healthcare educators, and scheduling introductory meetings with our Account Executives.

You will connect with Health Science programs (MD, PT, OT, RT, SW, BSN, ADN, RN, LPN/LVN) and hospital systems across the United States to help them explore how immersive simulation can enhance their training programs.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, curious, and passionate about healthcare education, and who enjoys connecting with new people and opening doors to meaningful conversations.

No prior simulation experience is necessary—comprehensive training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

Generate New Opportunities: Identify and engage prospective nursing programs, healthcare institutions, and hospital systems through outbound outreach including email, phone, and LinkedIn.

Schedule Introductory Meetings: Book qualified discovery meetings between prospective institutions and our Account Executives to explore how VR simulation can support their training programs.

Build Relationships: Develop early relationships with deans, simulation directors, nurse educators, and hospital training leaders to understand their needs and challenges.

Support Pipeline Development: Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach to generate new conversations and opportunities for the sales team.

Social Media Engagement: Share product demonstrations, educational insights, and simulation content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram to help raise awareness of our technology.

CRM Utilization: Accurately capture and manage all outreach activities, meeting scheduling, and prospect engagement within our CRM system.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in nursing education, simulation-based learning, and healthcare workforce training.

Who You Are

Experience & Expertise:

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required. A clinical background (e.g., nurse, simulation educator, or healthcare professional) is highly valued but not required.

Skills:

  1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  2. Confidence engaging with senior leaders and educators.
  3. Exceptional communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and organizational abilities.
  4. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Monday) and outreach platforms.

Attributes:

  1. Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  2. Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
  3. Curious and eager to learn.
  4. Passionate about improving healthcare and education through innovative technology.

Why Join Us?

Innovative Technology: Work with cutting-edge AI-powered VR simulations that are reshaping healthcare training.

Supportive Culture: Join a collaborative, close-knit team of sales, clinical, and technology professionals.
