REFUND POLICY FOR INTULECT NURSING MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

Cancellation: You may cancel your Intulect Nursing Membership subscription at any time by logging into your subscription portal on intulect.com. To access your subscription portal, click the “My Subscription” button at the bottom footer of Intulect.com & once reached, enter your email that you used to purchase the product. You will have an option to cancel your subscription once logged in after confirming your email address. You will also receive an email with portal access for cancellation convenience.

Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for digital subscription products, including the Intulect Nursing Membership. Once a subscription charge is applied for a period, it is non-refundable.

Pre-Paid Plans: Refunds are available only within 48 hours of purchasing prepaid subscription plans (Annual or 6-Month). After this 48-hour window, prepaid plans are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to other membership options.

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. To avoid recurring charges, please cancel before the next billing date.

Notification: As a courtesy, we will notify you three days before each recurring charge. This reminder allows you to manage your subscription according to your needs. However, lack of notification receipt does not qualify for a refund once billing occurs as scheduled.

Requesting a Refund: To formally request a refund, please email our team at info@intulect.com. Important Note: Canceling a subscription does not constitute a refund request.


PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for shipped products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at info@intulect.com if you desire to return a product shipped to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@intulect.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
