Location: US Remote
Days/Week: Full Time, must be able to work US EST or PST hours.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive, clinically experienced Customer Support Specialist (RN required) to help our clients successfully onboard and adopt our LMS, VR, and PC-based simulation products. You’ll work directly with nursing educators, simulation coordinators, and healthcare teams to ensure smooth setup, answer technical and clinical questions, and provide a top-tier onboarding experience.
In this role, you’ll also collaborate closely with our Account Executives to support client communication and follow-through on implementations. Your clinical knowledge, combined with strong communication skills and attention to detail, will help drive successful adoption across nursing programs and hospitals.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard New Partners: Guide educators and learners through account setup, login access, headset configuration, and platform orientation for our VR, LMS, and PC tools.
- Support AE Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives on communication with assigned accounts to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high client satisfaction.
- Provide Timely Support: Respond to client questions via email, video calls, and support channels—resolving access, setup, and usage-related issues efficiently.
- Train & Educate Users: Conduct onboarding walkthroughs and quick-start trainings for instructors and staff to ensure comfort using the platform.
- Document and Track: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM and support systems, and follow up on open items as needed.
- Help Improve the Experience: Identify recurring questions or onboarding challenges and provide input on documentation, workflows, or support tools to improve the client journey.
Who You Are
Experience & Expertise:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1–3 years of clinical experience—required.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, education tech support, or client-facing onboarding role.
- Experience with healthcare simulation, nursing education, or LMS platforms is a strong plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Empathetic communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple support tasks.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and support tools.
- Collaborative and team-oriented—comfortable working across departments including Sales, Clinical, and Product.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience supporting VR hardware (e.g., Meta Quest headsets) or simulation-based learning platforms.
- Familiarity with bulk registration workflows, VR/PC setup, or LMS integration.
