    Job Title: Nursing Executive

    Location: Remote (Midwest or Northeastern States)

    Days/Week: Full Time, must be able to work US EST hours.

    The Opportunity

    Are you excited by the prospect of joining a rapidly growing company where your contributions directly impact healthcare and education? We are seeking a Clinical Account Executive to join our Sales team, helping institutions adopt and implement our VR simulation platform. In this role, you’ll work with Health Science programs (MD, PT, OT, RT, SW, BSN, ADN, RN, LPN/LVN) and hospital systems across the Great Lakes Territory, providing tailored solutions that address their unique training challenges. This is a consultative sales role, requiring someone who is empathetic, self-motivated, and passionate about improving healthcare education. No prior VR experience is necessary—comprehensive training will be provided.

    What You’ll Do

    • Engage & Collaborate: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at colleges, universities, hospitals, and simulation centers.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and align them with our VR simulation platform to achieve their educational goals.
    • Sales Process Management: Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including delivering product demonstrations, quoting, contracting, and invoicing.
    • Pipeline Development: Perform outbound activities (cold calls, emails, networking) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
    • Showcase Excellence: Represent our company at conferences, events, and meetings, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of VR simulation.
    • CRM Utilization: Accurately capture and manage all client information, activities, and metrics in our CRM system.
    • Client Support: Assist institutions with curriculum planning, trials, and implementation of VR simulation to enhance learner engagement and educational outcomes.

    Who You Are

    Experience & Expertise:

    • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or higher education sectors is highly valued but not required. A clinical background (e.g., nurse or simulation educator) with 1-3 years experience is required.

    Skills:

    • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Exceptional communication (verbal, written, presentation) and organizational abilities.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Monday) and outreach platforms.

    Attributes:

    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Willingness to travel within the Great Lakes, Midwest, & Northeast territory with occasional overnight stays.
