Questions students ask first
Why am I paying instead of my school?
Your program chose the individual-purchase option, where each student buys their own license rather than the school covering it centrally. The license itself is identical either way.
I used my personal email by mistake. What now?
Email info@intulect.com with your order number and your school address. We'll move the license over before your account is created — it just adds a day.
Does this renew automatically?
No. This is a one-time purchase. When the term ends, access stops unless your program runs another purchase cycle.
Do I need a VR headset?
No. Every simulation runs on your PC as an downloaded app or the browser. If you do have a Meta Quest, the same scenarios are there in VR at no extra cost for even more realism.
